Both Adu and his father are devastated by the death of their loved ones. The little village of Susa slept in darkness in the heart of the forest farms, among the tall trees. Beautifully written story of good overcoming evil. We begin to see what the text describes as the struggle between lawrene and darkness.

It is well organized and the characters in the story played an important role.

I opine that Grief Child is an interesting novel to read but the aesthetics of the narrative are marred by the numerous authorial intrusions.
